Amanda Lafleur

Amanda LaFleur has extensive work experience in the field of education. Amanda started their career in 2009 as an Elementary Education Teacher at a private school where they worked until July 2020. In June 2021, they joined SchoolMint as a Customer Success Specialist. In July 2022, they were promoted to the role of Customer Success Specialist, Team Lead (Small Enterprise).

Amanda LaFleur studied Elementary Education and Teaching at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Amanda has additional certifications from Growth Molecules™ and Totango, including Success Foundations for Professionals Leading Customer Outcomes, Totango Certified Success Designer, Totango Certified Success Manager, Totango Creator: Engagement Artist, and Totango Creator: Journey Builder.
