John Hawkinson

John Hawkinson is an experienced real estate development and construction professional with a comprehensive background in managing large-scale projects. Since 2013, John has served as the RE Development & Construction Manager at Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc. Previously, John held the position of Vice President of Construction for the Midwest Region at Brixmor Property Group from 2006 to early 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing redevelopment and tenant build-out construction for over 80 shopping centers. John also spent nearly two decades at The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Co. as the Director of Design and Construction for the Midwest, managing supermarket construction and engineering projects. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science degree in Building Engineering from Henry Ford College and further studies at Eastern Michigan University.
