Kenneth Marquette

Kenneth Marquette has extensive experience in finance, accounting, and real estate. Kenneth started their career at Colliers International as a Property Management Accounting Manager in Detroit in 2001. From 2004 to 2011, they worked at Berger Realty Group as an Accounting Manager. Kenneth then joined McKinley as an Accounting Manager for Commercial Property Management from 2011 to 2012. Kenneth Marquette later joined Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, where they served as the Accounting Manager for Commercial Management Services from 2012 to 2016. Kenneth was then promoted to Director of Shared Services until 2017. In 2017, Kenneth Marquette joined Berger Realty Group as a Real Estate Agent. In the same year, they also began working at Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc. as the Director of Accounting until 2022 when they became the Vice President of Accounting & Finance. In 2021, they established their own company, Marquette Realty Group, where they are the Owner and Managing Broker.

Kenneth Marquette obtained a Master's Degree in Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA) from Wayne State University, which they pursued from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS) at the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 1997 to 2001.

In 2017, Kenneth pursued post-graduate studies in Government/Not-for-Profit Accounting at Regis University for a brief period of time.

Kenneth Marquette completed their high school education at Divine Child High School from 1993 to 1997, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kenneth Marquette obtained additional certifications as a Real Estate Broker from the State of Michigan in August 2021 and as a Real Estate Salesperson from the State of Michigan in July 2015.
