Alfinia Novadilla

Alfinia Novadilla began their work experience in 2011 as a Project Support at the University of Indonesia, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk and worked as a Project Facilitator at the UN Migration Agency (IOM). Also in 2014, they joined Ogilvy as an HR Admin and later held positions as HR Assistant, Recruitment Executive, Senior Recruitment Executive, and Assistant Manager of Recruitment & Training. In 2020, Novadilla worked as an Associate Human Capital & Development Manager for The Fortuna.co before joining Schoters as the Human Resources Lead in 2021.

Alfinia Novadilla earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia between 2010 and 2014.
