Stefan Weiser

Stefan Weiser has a diverse work experience in the defense and aerospace industry. Stefan began their career at Thales Defence Deutschland GmbH as a Project Manager for Training Solutions International in 2006. Stefan then moved to Thales Defence&Security Systems GmbH, where they served as a Sales&Marketing Manager for Training Solutions until 2010. Stefan joined SCHOTT AG in 2012 as a Sales & Business Development Manager for Defense - Europe, and they subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Manager of International Sales and Business Development Defense, and Senior Manager of Sales Defense and Industry. In 2015, they joined SCHOTT Technical Glass Solutions GmbH as the Director of Sales and Business Development for Protection. Most recently, Stefan has been serving as a Senior Principal Expert in Sales for Defense, Aerospace, and Industry at SCHOTT AG since October 2018.

Stefan Weiser completed their Master's degree / Diplom in Business Education from Bundeswehr University Munich, between the years 1996 and 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, from 2003 to 2005.
