Kai Glasebach began their work experience in 1998 as an Officer in the German Federal Armed Forces, serving until 2010. In 2011, they joined SCHOTTEL as a Regional Sales Manager for BENELUX/France, where they developed projects involving ship propulsion systems with designers, shipyards, and operators. From 2013 to 2016, Glasebach took on the role of Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East/Africa/India region, continuing their work in ship propulsion systems. In December 2016, they were promoted to the position of Sales Director for Navy & Governmental clients at SCHOTTEL.
Kai Glasebach holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University. Kai also has a degree in Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering) from Bundeswehr University Munich, where they earned a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) qualification.
