Keith Massa

Keith Massa has over 20 years of work experience in operations, asset management, construction, and project management. Keith is currently the Executive Vice President Operations, Asset Management, & Construction at Schottenstein Property Group, where they oversee a 95-property portfolio across 25+ states. Previously, they worked as the Senior Operations Manager at Duke Realty Corporation, where they managed operations and maintenance for a portfolio of medical office, Class A office, and industrial buildings. Keith also has experience as a Project Manager at Duke Realty, managing various construction projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Tenant Finish Project Manager at Corporex and as an Assistant Blasting Engineer at Rumpke. Throughout their career, Keith has demonstrated strong leadership and financial management skills.

Keith Massa received their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology & Construction Management / Technology from The Ohio State University in 1997.
