Lesley-Ann Morgan

Lesley-Ann Morgan, FIA, serves as the Global Head of Pensions and Retirement at Schroders since July 2011, overseeing the company's strategy and management of pension clients globally, including public pension funds and corporate defined benefit and defined contribution plans, with a focus on improving retirement outcomes. Additionally, Lesley-Ann is the Senior Sponsor of SchOUT, the LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group, and has held various leadership roles within Schroders, including Head of Economics and Multi-Asset Strategy, Global Head of Defined Contribution and Retirement, and Head of Global Strategic Solutions. Prior to joining Schroders, Lesley-Ann was the Chief Executive Officer at Towers Watson from September 1993 to June 2011 and served as a Senior Investment Consultant and partner. Lesley-Ann holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Warwick and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
