Lewis Bardsley

Lewis Bardsley has extensive experience in business analysis and product management. Lewis currently works at Schroders as a Product Lead, where they focus on planning feature increments for a document management platform and emphasizes outcomes over outputs. Prior to this, they worked at HSBC and Lloyds Bank as a Lead Digital Business Analyst, where they managed the uplift and migration of various banking functions and integrated fraud screening solutions. Lewis also has previous experience at Investec as a Business Systems Analyst, working on scrum and waterfall projects for banking and lending. Earlier in their career, they worked at AKQA, where they were involved in several key projects and achieved notable accomplishments, such as improving estimating and designing and delivering training courses. Lewis started their career at Lehman Brother's Investment Bank as a Business Systems Analyst.

Lewis Bardsley completed their education from 1993 to 1997 at Cardiff University, where they earned a 2.1 degree in Journalism.
