Rachael Dowers

Rachael Dowers is an experienced communications professional currently serving as PR Manager at Schroders since June 2023. Previously, Rachael held various roles in corporate communications at Federated Hermes Limited from February 2020 to June 2023, including Associate Director and Manager. Rachael also worked at Hermes Investment Management as Manager of Investment and Stewardship Communications and Assistant Manager of Corporate Communications from July 2017 to February 2020.
