Adams Franceschelli Godoy

Adams Franceschelli Godoy is an experienced foundry engineer and metallurgist with a robust background in product and process development, particularly in casting ductile and gray iron. Since June 2006, Adams has been with Schulz S.A., focusing on waste problem-solving, alloy development, and improving smelting processes. Prior experience includes roles as Production Coordinator at DHB Componentes Automotivos and Industrial Manager at INDUSTRIAL HAHN FERRABRAZ S.A., where responsibilities encompassed factory operations, quality control, process development, and client engagement. Academically, Adams holds a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
