Mahmut Aydemir currently serves as Teamleiter operative Qualitätssicherung and Qualitätsingenieur at SCHUMAG AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT since March 2023. In addition, Mahmut has been the Geschäftsführer of AYWO Technologies GbR since November 2019, where the focus is on producing protective packaging for electrical wiring harnesses for the automotive industry. Previous experience includes roles at Werkzeugmaschinenlabor WZL der RWTH Aachen as a Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft and studentische Hilfskraft, contributing to innovations management and digital product development. Mahmut also interned at Daimler AG, APL Apparatebau GmbH, and Bayer, gaining practical knowledge in various engineering and manufacturing processes. Mahmut holds a Master of Engineering in Produktionstechnik and completed a Bachelor's degree in Maschinenbau from RWTH Aachen University, alongside a brief study at Istanbul Technical University.
