Monica Ropar

Monica Ropar is an experienced independent consultant currently supporting innovation at Schuman Cheese and training AI programs at Scale AI. With a long tenure at Jenny Craig from October 2001 to June 2023, Monica held various roles including Manager of Nutrition & Program Development, where a three-year product roadmap was developed, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, as Content Developer in Operations and Nutrition Specialist in Research & Development, Monica contributed to strategic business initiatives and provided comprehensive support to field staff and clients. Monica holds a double major Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness & Health from Purdue University.
