Carla Kivits

Carla Kivits is a seasoned communication strategist with extensive experience in the agri-food sector and a strong background in developing and executing communication campaigns. Since March 2014, Carla has served as both a strategic advisor and senior advisor at Schuttelaar & Partners, providing targeted communication strategies for clients internationally. Previous roles include senior advisor at JEEN bureau voor communicatie, senior communication advisor at ICCO, communication advisor for climate and energy at Milieudefensie, and project leader for education and campaigns at Oxfam Novib. Carla's early career included project leadership in communication and education at Tilburg University and training for communication programs at Wageningen UR. Carla holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Health from Wageningen University & Research and a Senior Communicatieadviseur certification.
