Shane Serra has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, currently serving as Plant Manager and Program Manager at Schwab Industries, Inc. since September 2016, where responsibilities include reviewing quotes with sales and estimating. Prior to this, Shane worked at Precision Measuring Corporation from March 2014 to September 2016 as a Metrology Technician, focusing on optimizing tools for CNC operations. Shane’s career at Schwab Industries also includes roles as a Metrology Analyst and Welder/Fabricator from January 2007 to February 2014, where key contributions involved tool organization, machining preparation, and quality testing. Shane obtained education at Macomb Community College from 2008 to 2010.
