Sébastien Masson

Sébastien Masson serves as the General Manager for Schwabe Pharma in Mexico since July 2015, overseeing two affiliates with a focus on manufacturing, marketing, and selling prescription and OTC pharmaceutical products, along with full P&L responsibility for 250 employees. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager and CFO at LANXESS (Mexico) from September 2005 to March 2014, CFO at Crossject SA in 2005, Chief Finance Officer at Aventis (Portugal) from 2001 to 2004, and positions at Aventis AG (Germany), Hoechst Marion Roussel (Colombia), Roussel de Venezuela, and as an Auditor at Price Waterhouse (Paris, France). Sébastien Masson holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, achieved between 1986 and 1990.
