Michelle Baird-Johnson, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences, which they obtained from the University of Utah between 1990 and 1993. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Business/Corporate Communications at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. In 2017, Michelle obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
