Julie Francis

In January 2021, Julie Francis was promoted to her current position as chief operating officer of Schwan's Company. She is responsible for leading the management teams of subsidiaries like Schwan's Consumer Brands, Inc., Schwan's Food Service, Inc., SFC Global Supply Chain, Inc., as well as other specific operational and shared services functions.

Julie joined the company in 2018 as president of Schwan's Consumer Brands after accumulating 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, branding, strategy, operations and general management within the food and beverage industry. Earlier, she served as senior vice president of commercial and category development for Constellation Brands. She also served in a number of senior leadership positions across the Coca-Cola System, including vice president of sales and marketing, North America for Coca-Cola Enterprises, and chief commercial officer for Coca-Cola Refreshments.

Julie earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Alfred University, studied business administration in the master's program at the Georgia Institute of Technology, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
