Robert Dircks has extensive work experience in the food industry, specifically in marketing and sales roles. Robert started their career at General Mills in 1998, where they held various field sales roles before transitioning into marketing. At General Mills, they held roles such as Associate Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager for Yoplait Frozen and Green Giant Innovation, and Senior Marketing Manager for Bisquick, Gold Medal, and Betty Crocker. In 2014, they joined Schwan's Company as a Senior Director of Marketing and later took on roles such as K12 Channel Leader, Vice President, K12 Leader, and currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing.
Robert Dircks completed their undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis, earning a BSBA in Marketing from 1995 to 1998. Robert later pursued an MBA in Marketing at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2002 to 2004.
