Taber Rigg

Taber Rigg has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Taber is currently the Vice President of HR for Global Supply Chain at Schwan's Company since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cargill as the Business HR Leader for Cargill Starches & Sweeteners North America from 2020 to 2022. Taber also held various positions at General Mills, including Senior HR Manager for North America Supply Chain from 2017 to 2020. Taber was the Human Resources Manager for different plants and sites within General Mills from 2010 to 2017. Taber Rigg started their career at Kohl's Department Stores as an HR and Operations Manager from 2003 to 2005.

Taber Rigg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American Studies from Brigham Young University in 2003. Later, in 2005-2007, they pursued an MBA with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from the same university.
