Henrik Wienholdt has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Henrik began their career at FIR an der RWTH Aachen, where they worked as a Project Manager, Team Lead Supply Chain Design, and Deputy Head of Department Production Management. Henrik then joined Henkel, where they held positions as Senior Manager International Production Steering, Senior Manager International Production Strategy, Head Of Supply Chain ANZ, and Senior Manager International Supply Chain Innovation. In these roles, they had responsibilities in supply chain design, integration, project management, and manufacturing. Currently, Wienholdt is employed at SCHWARTZAUER WERKE GmbH & Co. KG as the Head of Plan & Deliver Central Europe and Head of Manufacturing Schwartau. Henrik oversees planning, logistics, category supply planning, production planning, and internal and outbound logistics with a team of approximately 40.
Henrik Wienholdt began their education at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in 2000, where they obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Business Engineering) in 2006. Following this, they pursued a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen University from 2006 to 2011. In 2004-2005, they also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Operations Management at The University of Auckland. In 2018, Wienholdt attended IESE Business School for a course in Experienced Business Management Skills. In the same year, they also completed a course in Leading with Finance at Harvard Business School Online. In 2019, they attended IESE Business School once again, this time for a course in Senior Business Management Skills.
