David Peterson is the current principal at Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner. Prior to this, they worked as a patent clerk at The Toro Company and as a materials research engineer at Hutchinson Technology. David has experience in patent preparation and prosecution, competitor research, and material and thin film characterization. David received their undergraduate degree in Materials Science from the University of Minnesota in 1992 and their law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 2001.
David Peterson has a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School, a degree in law from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and a BS in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Minnesota. David is also certified to practice before the United States Patent Office.
