Jerry Cadwell has extensive experience in the engineering and custom equipment sectors, currently serving as the Electrical Engineering Manager at Schwing Bioset, Inc. since 2013. Prior to this role, Jerry founded and acted as CEO of Innovative Turnkey Systems Inc. from October 1997 to December 2012, focusing on custom water treatment equipment. Jerry's career began at FloCept Inc., where from 1990 to 1997, responsibilities included serving as the Director of Operations for custom process equipment.
