Catherine May Katauskas

Catherine May Katauskas has extensive experience in mathematics education, currently serving as the Middle School Math Team Coach at Science & Arts Academy since 2005, where Catherine May enhances students' problem-solving skills through competitive math meets. Previously, Catherine held various roles at St. Athanasius School from 2000 to 2005, including Middle School Math Teacher and Math Department Chair, and taught 7th and 8th-grade Math and Science at Chiaravalle Montessori School from 1994 to 1997. Catherine holds a Master of Arts in Gifted Education from Northeastern Illinois University, a Master of Arts in Elementary Math/Science Education from National Louis University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Mundelein College.
