Amy Hock

Amy Hock has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at the Science Center of Iowa since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where they served as a Communications Consultant from March 2020 to July 2021, and as a Community Health Communications Manager from January 2017 to March 2020. Before joining Wellmark, they were a Utility Clerk at the City of Norwalk, Iowa, from May 2012 to January 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Public Relations Specialist at Metro Waste Authority from April 2005 to October 2011 and at Marsh from 2001 to 2005.

Amy Hock attended Buena Vista University from 1993 to 1997, where they received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications.
