Mike Painter, Chartered FCIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Mike'srecent roles include Group HR Director and Global Head of HR at Science Group, where they were responsible for overseeing the human resources function. Prior to that, they served as a Senior HR / People Consultant at 4global Consulting and Head of HR & Games Academy at Trivandi Chanzo Limited.

Painter also has experience in the sports industry, having been a Member of the Board of Directors at Lacrosse Scotland. Mike has previously worked in the HR and workforce management roles for the Organising Committee for the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games and London 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Regional HR Manager at HMV Retail Ltd and Recruitment Manager at Goodman Masson.

Painter began their career as an Actuarial Advisor at Aviva, and later transitioned into the recruitment field as a Recruitment Consultant at Progressive Recruitment. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in HR, workforce management, recruitment, and the sports industry.

Mike Painter, Chartered FCIPD, completed their undergraduate education at Durham University from 2003 to 2006. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Mathematics during this period. Later, from 2013 to 2016, they attended Robert Gordon University to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, which they successfully obtained.
