Alana Herod

Alana Herod is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management, event coordination, and customer service. Currently serving as an Office Manager at Science 37 and an Athletic Event Management Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Alana supports Division 1 athletic event management and oversees various aspects of event facilitation. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Neauvia North America, where Alana provided strategic support to C-level executives, and customer-focused positions at AT&T and Verizon Wireless. Alana's experience also encompasses marketing and sales management with roles at Paragon Marketing Group and The Pet Health, LLC. Educationally, Alana is pursuing a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Management at East Carolina University, building on a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from the same institution.
