Mike Jasper has a diverse work experience in technical writing and documentation. Mike started their career as a Lead Technical Writer at Tech Resource Group Inc., where they focused on writing end-user guides for customized software training. Mike then worked as a Lead Technical Writer at Siebel Systems, where they wrote and edited administrator guides for Siebel software. Next, Mike worked as a Contract Technical Writer at Glaxo SmithKline. Mike then joined IBM as an Editor and Web Developer, creating and editing online marketing content for IBM software solutions.
