Kara Droppleman

Kara Droppleman, PHR has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Kara is currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Sciens Building Solutions since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon as a Sr. HR Business Partner from November 2019 to October 2020. Kara also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Weyerhaeuser from June 2014 to October 2019. Kara started their career at West Penn Hospital as a Human Resources Assistant in June 2006, and has held various HR roles at companies such as GCC Technologies, LLC, KEYW Corporation, and Sycamore.US.

Kara Droppleman, PHR has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Frostburg State University. Kara attended the university from 2003 to 2006. In 2012, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Walden University. Additionally, in January 2013, they obtained a PHR certification from HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute) and HR Certification Institute.
