Janice Mapel

Janice Mapel has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Scient Federal Credit Union, where they developed and implemented human resource policies and procedures, supported department managers and employees, and led the Credit Union's Succession Planning Process. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Human Resources Consultant at Connecticut Children's Medical Center, where they coached and guided management on various HR functions and partnered with Talent and OD to run the succession planning process. janice also has experience as a Regional Human Resources Director at Cintas, a Supervisor in Employee Relations at CVS Caremark Corporation, and a Human Resources Business Partner at KMS Solutions, LLC. janice'sresponsibilities in these roles included managing HR initiatives, conducting investigations, supervising employees, and administering benefit programs.
