Ryan Lambert

Ryan Lambert has a diverse work experience in the field of flight test engineering. Ryan is currently serving as the Director of Flight Test Engineering at Scientific Systems since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Air Force Materiel Command as a Flight Test Engineer from 2022 to 2023, where they successfully led a $3M elevated risk flight test campaign.

Before joining Air Force Materiel Command, Lambert served as a Flight Test Engineer at Axient from 2020 to 2022, where they managed a team and planned and executed a $40M program. Ryan also worked at Bevilacqua Research Corporation as a Flight Test Engineer from 2019 to 2020, leading multiple flight and ground test missions for a $40M Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) developmental test program.

Additionally, Lambert gained valuable experience as a Flight Test Engineer at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) from 2013 to 2019. During their time at NAVAIR, they conducted flight testing, generated flight cards, and conducted lab testing for various programs, including the F-35 EW and Mission Data testing, F-18 Weapons Integration program, and Database Test Engineering.
