Ryan Lambert has a diverse work experience in the field of flight test engineering. Ryan is currently serving as the Director of Flight Test Engineering at Scientific Systems since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Air Force Materiel Command as a Flight Test Engineer from 2022 to 2023, where they successfully led a $3M elevated risk flight test campaign.
Before joining Air Force Materiel Command, Lambert served as a Flight Test Engineer at Axient from 2020 to 2022, where they managed a team and planned and executed a $40M program.
