Aakash Khanal

Aakash Khanal is a Software Engineer at Sciera, Inc. since September 2022, following a role as a Data Scientist at Cox Communications. At Cox, Aakash developed models using NLP techniques for topic modeling of interaction transcripts and machine learning for predicting customer mobility. Previous experience includes a position at Shiplify, where Aakash utilized Google Maps’ API for geocoding tasks and enhanced machine learning algorithms. Aakash also gained web development experience during an internship with Georgia State Games and served as a Mathematics Instructor with Mathias, focusing on various mathematical concepts for students K-12. Aakash holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The University of Georgia.
