Sifra Navagaonkar

Sifra Navagaonkar is a skilled UX/UI Designer with a diverse background in user experience research and design. Currently working at SciGence since January 2024, Sifra collaborates with the Science team to create a VR CNA training program for nursing students, focusing on usability and accessibility. Prior experience includes a role as a UX Researcher at The Glimpse Group, where Sifra led the development of an AR-enhanced food delivery app, conducting in-depth user research to guide AR design strategies. At Innoventix Solutions, Sifra utilized user research to create journey maps and user personas while designing intuitive interfaces using Adobe XD and Figma. Sifra's experience began at Groovy Web, where front-end web UI development was the primary focus. Sifra holds a Master’s degree in UX/UI Design and Development from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Gandhinagar.
