Lenka Crawford-Lann (Ostadalova)

Lenka Crawford-Lann is a seasoned professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & Recruitment at Axians ICT CZ, s.r.o. since March 2015. With experience ranging from HR Business Partner roles to recruitment specialist positions, Lenka has overseen strategic and operational HR processes within the Czech business unit and has contributed to the recruitment lifecycle in various organizational settings. Lenka has also engaged in academia as a lecturer with Scio and has held project management roles at ISC MU Brno, including responsibilities related to promotions and training for the Erasmus+ program. Educational qualifications include multiple master's degrees in Human Resources Management and Andragogy, as well as a bachelor's degree in Pedagogy and Journalism from Masaryk University Brno.
