Adolfo Cruz

Adolfo Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Adolfo started their career at Softtek in 2004 as a Software Engineer, where they improved application support and designed new functionality for existing corporate systems. In 2008, they joined Scio Consulting, initially as a Project Manager, and later took on the roles of PMO Director and ScrumMaster. As a Project Manager, Adolfo helped clients find long-term technical solutions to their business problems, focusing on areas such as cloud computing, software as a service, e-commerce, user experience, mobile apps, and enterprise software. Adolfo also facilitated empowerment within the development team and worked on improving engineering practices company-wide. In 2009, Adolfo briefly worked as a Development Partner at Apprenda, Inc. Overall, Adolfo's work experience showcases their expertise in project management, software engineering, and improving operational procedures.

Adolfo Cruz obtained their B.S. in Computer Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 1993 and 1998. Adolfo'sfield of study was Information Technologies. In November 2011, Adolfo Cruz obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance.
