Jayme Deneault

Jayme Deneault is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, coaching, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Scion Staffing since September 2021, Jayme focuses on equitable hiring practices and building lasting relationships with candidates and clients. As an Instructional Staff Member and Competition Judge for the United Spirit Association since April 2016, Jayme coaches athletes, manages large-scale events, and develops leadership skills within teams. Previous roles include Life Coach at Loyal Dog Life Coaching Services and Recruitment Specialist at Kelly, where Jayme managed employee engagement and satisfaction while implementing strategic recruitment plans.
