Lashon Kell

LaShon Kell is currently the VP, Head of Litigation, Internal Investigations and Employment at ScionHealth. Prior to this role, Kell served as SVP, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at RITE AID and held various leadership positions at Humana Inc., Halliburton, Bracewell LLP, Venable LLP, and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Kell's extensive experience includes overseeing compliance programs, conducting internal investigations, and defending corporations and individuals in government investigations and litigation. Kell holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, Kell participated in the Leading Strategic Growth Program at Columbia Business School in 2020.
