Linda Perucca, CFS has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Linda started their career as a Product Development Specialist at Schwans Sales Enterprises - Tony's Pizza Division, where they were responsible for creating new pizza varieties and developing breakfast prototypes. Linda then joined Kraft Foods, initially as an Associate Director in Global RD&Q, where they focused on raising capabilities and developing a training academy for the organization. Linda later transitioned to the role of Associate Director of Intellectual Property Strategy and Portfolio Management at Mondelēz International (formerly known as Kraft Foods), where they worked on IP strategy and portfolio management. In 2017, Linda founded their own consulting company, Perucca Advantage Consulting LLC, and also took on the role of Business Development Director at SciTech Patent Art Services. Linda Perucca's experience spans product development, intellectual property strategy, portfolio management, and business development.
Linda Perucca, CFS graduated from Purdue University in 1987 with a degree in Food Science. In 2013, they obtained the Certified Food Scientist (CFS) certification from the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT).
