Steven James

Steven James possesses extensive experience in engineering and design, currently serving as Head of Design at Scitech since March 2020, following roles as Regional Design and Engineering Manager and Senior Project Manager. Prior to joining Scitech, Steven held the position of Associate Director at WSP in the UK from July 2018 to March 2020. A significant tenure at Opus International Consultants Limited, from January 2004 to March 2020, included roles such as Director of Structural Engineering, where management of the Structural Engineering department and major construction project oversight were key responsibilities. Additionally, Steven has experience as a Senior Structural Engineer at Atkins and as a Graduate Engineer at both Veryards and Bruechle Gilchrist and Evans. Education includes a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
