Scott Rivas

Scott Rivas is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles within the engineering sector. Currently serving as Associate Principal and Senior Project Manager for the Spokane Civil Department at SCJ Alliance since January 2021, Scott brings over 16 years of experience from DCI Engineers, where the role of Associate was held from June 2004 to December 2020. Scott Rivas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Walla Walla University between 1990 and 1995, demonstrating a strong educational foundation in the field.
