Patrick Scott

Mr. Pat Scott is an insurance professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry, nearly 20 of those working directly with Lloyd’s market. Prior to starting the International Programs Group (IPG), he was an Executive General Adjuster and leader of a large loss group in Canada. With expertise in commercial property, industrial, manufacturing, oil and gas, construction, and aqua-culture, Mr. Scott has earned a reputation as a reliable and experienced insurance professional.

Since assuming a leadership role for International Programs Group in 2008, Mr. Scott has led the company’s business development, traveling yearly to London to maintain client relationships and to remain abreast of market changes. On a daily basis, Mr. Scott works with London syndicates and London brokers, maintaining their interests here in Canada. He leads the International Programs Group’s team of professionals by providing guidance on more complex files and auditing oversight on all files. A natural motivator, Mr. Scott has led and nurtured his team to become one of the largest and most respected third-party administrators in Canada.
