Lucy Schafer

Lucy Schafer is a seasoned digital marketing professional with extensive experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and marketing strategy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital Marketing & Technology at Scoop Solar since November 2022, Lucy leads outbound lead generation campaigns and enhances email automation tools, while supporting various marketing initiatives. Prior to this role, Lucy worked at Queen's University as Marketing and Communications Coordinator, managing student recruitment marketing strategies and mentoring placement students. Additional experience includes marketing coordination for Coty’s Rimmel London brand, where Lucy provided analytical support for product launches and managed digital and social media presence, as well as a marketing analyst role at 3M, focusing on market strategies and product recommendations. Lucy holds a certification in Growth Marketing from Growclass, a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Studies from Western University, and a Law certificate from Queen's Law.
