Lydia Stevens has a diverse work experience history. Lydia started their career as a Cardiothoracic Surgical Skills Summer Intern at Stanford University School of Medicine in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Lifeguard at Coral Casino Beach & Cabana Club. Lydia then became a Swim Coach at University Club of Palo Alto from 2016-2017, and later served as a Head Lifeguard there for a few months in 2016. In 2017, Lydia worked as a PrivacyPAC Intern at NARAL Pro-Choice America before moving on to become an American Sign Language Teaching Assistant at Stanford University from 2017-2018. Lydia also completed a Divemaster Internship at Two Fish Divers in 2018. In 2019, Lydia joined Stanford University again, this time as an Outdoor Center Employee for a few months. Lydia also had various roles at Scoot, starting as a Digital Marketing Intern in 2019, then progressing to a Digital Marketing Manager from 2019-2020, and finally becoming the Director of Marketing in August 2020.

Lydia Stevens attended Stanford University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a degree in Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies with a focus on Health. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from Cate School, completing their studies there from 2011 to 2015.
