Robert Blumenthal

Robert Blumenthal is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in acquisitions, capital markets, and brokerage services. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services at SCOPE since December 2023, Robert previously held the position of Director of Multifamily Acquisitions & Capital Markets at Streamline from January 2021 to December 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Acquisitions at Larken Associates, Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management at Hillbrook Properties, and President, Managing Partner at Blu Flame Capital Inc. Robert's career also features a role as Vice President of Lending at Franchise America Finance. Educationally, Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northeastern University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
