Lynn Nguyen has a range of work experience in the field of customer experience and marketing. Lynn began their career at Pearson plc in 2010, where they held the role of Marketing Solutions Manager - FE/HE/WBL until 2012. Lynn then transitioned to become a Portfolio Manager - Professional and Applied until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Lynn worked at Pearson, where they held various roles, including Pearson Inside Sales - Professional and Higher Education, Marketing Manager - Customer Centricity; Inside Sales Manager, and Senior Customer Experience & Insights Manager. Finally, in 2017, they joined Scope (Aust) as the Group Manager, Customer Strategy, and later became the Head of Client Experience.
