Austin Raanes

Austin Raanes has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. From 2011 to 2011, they worked as a Writing and Editing Intern at Ingenuity Marketing Services, where they researched and developed informational content and proofread and revised websites. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Tutor and Marketing Staff at Innovation Education, where they managed a table of students and helped develop a specialized reading enhancement program. From 2015 to 2016, they were an English 11 Facilitator and Tutor at Gorman Learning Center. Since 2016, they have been working at Scorpion, first as a Web Content Writer and currently as a Senior Creative Manager, project-managing websites for high-profile clients, specifically in the Home Services vertical.

Austin Raanes holds a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters, obtained from California State University, Northridge. Austin completed their Master's Degree between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from UCLA, studying from 2012 to 2014. Austin also earned an IGETC Transfer Certification in General Education from the College of the Canyons from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Austin obtained a certification in "Discovering Your Strengths" from LinkedIn in November 2020.
