Kirby Oscar

Kirby Oscar has a diverse work experience in different companies and roles. Kirby is currently working at Scorpion as the Vice President of Vertical Growth, Home Services, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, Kirby worked at Scorpion as the VP of Strategic Partnerships from November 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Scorpion, Kirby worked at Xplor as the Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships - Field Services Division. Kirby joined Xplor in September 2018 and left in November 2021. During their time at Xplor, Kirby was responsible for building and leading the partnerships and channel sales team. Kirby also developed the partner playbook for referral, technology, and associations.
