Chris Barnett

Chris Barnett is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and manufacturing sectors with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as the Sr. Director/Head of Process and Analytical Development at Scorpius BioManufacturing, Inc., Chris oversees critical operations related to cell and biologics production, including process and analytical development and technology transfer. Previous roles include leadership positions at GenCure, where Chris was the Sr. Principal Scientist and Group Lead for Process Development, and CEO of Barnett Ventures, Inc. The career trajectory also encompasses directorial roles at DuPont and Genencor, focusing on enzyme applications and production.
