Vikki Garcia

In 2005, Ms. Garcia joined Scotia Group Management, LLC, and is currently the Regional Supervisor for 5 residential properties and 2 Home Owner Associations. Ms. Garcia also serves as Yardi Software Support, providing assistance and training to all sites for our industry software program. Ms. Garcia is responsible for mentoring and training new property managers. She has very strong organizational skills and works closely with on-site personnel to ensure that proper procedures are being followed for optimum property performance.

Ms. Garcia has more than 17 years experience in the Property Management field, including experience with Low Income Tax Credit Housing. Her current responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, and to insure that all properties are operating in compliance, within budget, and each team member is being developed to exceed full performance potential.

Ms. Garcia is currently active within the Arizona Multi-Housing Association, serving as a member of the Membership Committee, as well as the Big Hearts for Little Hands charity fund-raising committee. Ms. Garcia is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Arizona and she holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation.
