Dawson Guilbeault

Dawson Guilbeault is an experienced professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as VP, Head of Product & Design at Scotiabank Digital Factory since September 2016. Previous roles at Scotiabank include VP, Head of Design for Canada, Director of Product Design, and UX Design Lead. Before joining Scotiabank, Dawson worked for over a decade at The Globe and Mail, holding positions such as Lead Product Designer in a UX innovation lab and Senior Product Designer. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Flash Developer and Designer at The Globe and Mail, Senior Web Developer and Designer at Bell, and Web Developer and Designer at Suncor Energy Inc. Dawson earned a degree from OCAD University from 1996 to 2000.
